A legacy of

In 1966 Dr. Earl Klioze completed his service to the military, found a sleepy little suburb in Fairfax County, purchased a house on the corner of Braddock and Twinbrook roads, and opened a small dental practice in the basement.

As the county and his practice grew rapidly, the small basement practice couldn’t handle the demand. So, he purchased a 2-acre property one block east and across the street in the small hamlet of Burke. In 1972, he added onto the existing house structure and opened the new location. Twenty years later, his son, Dr. Jeffrey Klioze joined him.

After 50 years of serving patients, Dr. Earl Klioze retired in 2016. Dr. Jeff continued his father’s great legacy on his own for the next six years. Thankfully, in 2022, we welcomed Dr. JinYoung Kim to the practice.

Our unique legacy exists not only with the doctors, but also the team members as many have served in this same practice for decades.

Education and

A native of Fairfax, Dr. Jeff graduated from Robinson High School. He went on to earn his B.S. in biology from James Madison University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry(now VCU School of Dentistry).

Experience and

Dr. Jeff has been serving patients since 1992 and has been a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Northern Virginia Dental Society for more than 30 years. He is also a member of Spear Education and the local study group, Prestige Dental.

In his desire to treat the whole person with the latest technology and treatment options, Dr. Jeff has taken a special interest in sleep dentistry over the last several years.

He has been married to his beautiful wife Jackie for nearly three decades and they have raised two wonderful kids, Taylor and Ryan. Taylor is a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Carilion Hospital. Ryan is attending Palmer School of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.

From front desk to

Beginning as a front desk team member in the dental office, Dr. Jin went on to become a dental assistant. Years later, she worked as a lead surgical assistant in oral surgery dental office where she learned the importance of genuine patient care. Her final step on the journey was to become a dentist committed to delivering the highest level of personalized dental care.

Experience and

Dr. Jin was born and raised in Seoul, Korea. After coming to the United States, she graduated from George Mason University with a Biomedical Science degree. She went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine in California.

She is a member of the Virginia Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society.

Fluent in English and Korean, Dr. Jin enjoys traveling and searching for great local restaurants and coffee shops.
